ALIGNMENT AND CHASSIS SET UP

Our mission at MSI is to provide our customers with more value than we ask for in payment. 

My family has created and run several successful businesses for over 50 years and the most significant lesson that I have learned from that is in order to have a healthy business, you need to do things that create value for your customers, for your staff, for the stake holders and for the community.

When a customer brings their car to MSI, I realize that they are placing their trust in me.  They are trusting that the work that I do will give them better performance or solve a problem that they have.  

Racing taught me that you need to bring out the best performance that your vehicle has if you wanted to win and that it was a bunch of small things that made huge differences.

I take the same approach when I do a precision wheel alignment on a car.  Aligning a car to factory specifications can still yield poor handling, wandering and excessive tread wear.  I have been doing wheel alignments on race cars since 1978 and I understand the nuance of small changes paying big dividends.  Two different customers may both come in with the same make, model and year of car, but because their intended use of the car is very different, the cars will work better and the tires will last longer with two very different set of alignment settings.  One may live in the hills and drive as if the devil is chasing him, while the other may commute to the bay area.  The settings that are of value to one customer may be detrimental to the other.  At MSI we gladly customize the service provided to what each customer finds of value.

Our attention to detail has made us the preferred alignment and suspension shop to many independent Luxury and exotic car shops as well as hot rod builders in Northern California,  For this endorsement, I am truly grateful.
