Our mission at MSI is to provide our customers with more value than we ask for in payment.

My family has created and run several successful businesses for over 50 years, and the most significant lesson that I have learned from that is in order to have a healthy business, you need to do things that create value for your customers, for your staff, for the stakeholders, and for the community.

When a customer brings their car to MSI, I realize that they are placing their trust in me. They are trusting that the work I do will enhance their vehicle performance or solve a problem they have.

Racing taught me that to achieve the best performance from your vehicle, you need to focus on the details, as it’s often the small adjustments that lead to significant improvements.

I apply the same philosophy when performing a precision wheel alignment on a car. Aligning a vehicle to factory specifications can still result in poor handling, wandering, and excessive tread wear. Since 1978, I have been doing wheel alignments on race cars, and I understand how small changes can yield big dividends. Two customers may come in with the same make, model, and year of car, but because their intended use differs, the suspension setup will need to be customized for optimal results. One may live in the hills and drive as if the devil is chasing him, while the other may commute to the Bay Area. The settings that enhance value for one customer may be detrimental to the other. At MSI, we gladly customize the service provided to align with what each customer finds valuable.
